of this Model:-
- The client can engage PIRON EKM in
outsourcing a particular process or a set of
processes on a gradually incremental basis.
The engagement will be based on a Master
Services Agreement between the two companies
that defines the framework of operations.
- Ownership of People, Process and Resources
lies with PIRON EKM.
- The work will be carried out in PIRON EKM’s
facilities in India.
- PIRON EKM's US office will act as a support
office and depending on the size, complexity and
the transition needs, a small team of transition
managers could be located at the Client’s
facilities to be able to map the client
processes to the delivery team offshore.
- Pricing can be structured either on a Time,
Material & Expenses (T&M) basis, or on a
Fixed Fee (FF) basis subject to the agreed
scope.
